On September 26. 2016. ATF IOI redacted initiated a Recall firearms compliance inspection of J. Dattilio, DBA Dattilio’s Guns & Ammo, holder of a Type 01 Dealer license. Owner of Dattilio’s, James Dattilio and his father redacted were present for and interviewed during the inspection. James Dattilio was identified by his redacted driver’s license. This inspection covered the period of September 26, 2015 to September 26, 2016. No advanced notice was provided for this inspection.

Dattilio's Gun & Ammo Recall , 6-05-02185 IOI redacted Final N-Force query 11/22/2016, two hits confirmed with Burlington CE, FFL is not the target of any open CE investigations. Recall inspection onsite completion 11/10/2016. Several repeat violations but none that warrant another Recall inspection. Recommend WL with No Recall, this recommendation is based on the ATF Federal Firearms Administrative Action Policy and Procedures.
