SIOl redacted conducted a Disposition Emphasis (DE) compliance inspection on Jason Upton d/b/a Off Grid Guns and Pawn. As a results of this inpsection violations were cited of the GCA . SIOI redacted found that 69% of Acquisition and Disposition Records ( A&D ) had missing Disposition entries, redacted firearms were missing, and 10% of all ATF Form 4473 's had incomplete Identification information. As a result I concur with the recomendation of Warning Letter with Recall Inspection .
