A/S concurs with lOI's recommendation of Violations, Warning Letter Only and No Recall Inspection . The inspection disclosed violations and a Report of Violations ( ROV ) was issued. Further, the inspection disclosed violations warranting a Warning Letter ( WL ). The violations warranting the WL include redacted violation of 27 CFR 478 124(c)(3)(i) for failure to record the information from the identification document on the ATF Form 4473 or redacted, and redacted violation of 27 CFR 478.102(a) for failure to ensure that a valid permit or license exempting a NICS check was obtained and recorded on redacted ATF Form 4473. A Warning Letter has been issued to the licensee. FFLC should note the following updates needed for FLS database records: 1) Jimmy Ike Bullock, RP , should be changed to Jimmy Ike Bullolck. Jr. 2) Mr. Bullock's email address should reflect redacted. It should also be noted, the current license will expire on 4/1/2016. Provided a timely renewal application is received from the licensee, renewal of the license is recommended.
