Please begin after 10/09/15. Note previous inspection history. FFL lost MA State Dealers License after theft. Conduct a DE compliance inspection to determine if retail sales are being conducted. redacted LOA expires 02/2017.
Alternate Recommendation : DIO approved the alternate recommendation on 01/18/2017. Corrective/Preventative action has been taken and the FFL has been fully educated regarding his responsibilities and it is believed that future compliance can be achieved through a Warning Letter. NCIC checks were conducted of RPs with negative results. Recommend FLS be updated to reflect that a Warning Letter was issued on 02/21 /2017 via Certified Mail #7011 2970 0002 4766 3319. A recall recommendation was also made. The last inspection date in FLS should now read 12/29/2016. PII e-mailed to redacted, FFLC, on February 27, 2017.
