FFL had a second theft. Up redacted firearms stolen. Coordinate with SA redacted regarding redacted Conduct a full FFL firearm inventory count. Expand inspection as necessary.
Corrective and preventative action has been taken and the FFL has been fully educated regarding his responsibilities and it is believed that future compliance can be achieved through a Warning Letter. NCIC checks were conducted of the RP with negative results. Recommend FLS be updated to reflect that a Warning Letter was issued on 07/17/2017 via Certified Mail #7006 0810 0002 6795 8047. A recall recommendation was also made. The last inspection date in FLS should now read 04/06/2017. Pll e-mailed to redacted, FFLC, on July 28, 2017.
