CONDUCT FIREARMS DISPOSITION EMPHASIS INSPECTION FOR THIS TYPE 07 LICENSEE. REFER TO IO MANUAL. CHAPTER C, AND THE ANNUAL CLEVELAND GROUP III DOMAIN ASSESSMENT. THIS INSPECTION MUST BE COMPLETED DURING FY16 AS REQUIRED BY THE DOMAIN ASSESSMENT.
On February 2,2016, A/S redacted reviewed redacted and concurred with the recommendation of a Warning Letter ( WL ) and No Recall . The licensee was cited for two violations involving redacted elated transaction that was corrected immediately. The licensee took full responsibility for these violations and corrected them immediate redacted was very receptive to the education provided by Investigator redacted throughout the DEI. Future compliance with the GCA redacted is anticipated.
