This report consisted of 1 violation involving redacted instances of failure to completely record the required information showing the source of firearms when the licensee recorded the source’s Vehicle Operator’s License Number in lieu of their address. These findings warrant the conduct of a Warning Conference, however it is recommended that a warning letter be issued with no further action. No referrals were made as a result of the inspection.
