Please review all appropriate ATF law and regulations with this new applicant. Please have the applicant initial and date any corrections that need to be made on the attached copy of the ATF Form 7. Please verify that applicant is compliant with local zoning and has required business license and Virginia Sales Tax Registration, (if required). Please review marks of identification, filing of annual manufacturing report, firearms excise tax/TTB.

The licensee failed to file an Application for an Amended Federal Firearms License, ATF Form 5300.38, in duplicate, not less than 30 days prior to such removal with the Chief, Federal Firearms Licensing Center.
