On November 5,2015, A/S redacted concurred with Investigator redacted’s alternated recommendation of a WL and No Recall in lieu of a WC . A summary of the investigation was sent to DIO LeDoux for further review of the alternate recommendation
On November 6, 2015, Acting DIO Legg concurred with A/S redacted and Investigator redacted's alternated recommendation of a WL and No Recall in lieu of a WC . No documenation could be found for doing background check on licensee's redacted. IOI redacted completed a NICS Re-Check which disclosed redacted was not proh bited. No evidence of willfulness detected, Licensee took full respons bility for his actions.
