On April 25, 2016, Industry Operations Investigator (lOI) redactedarrived at the licensed premises to conduct an unannounced Compliance Inspection of Lease, Blaine, dba B&R Outfitters, holding Federal Firearms License ( FFL ) 4-35-36997. Owner, Mr. Blaine Lease was identified and an on-site Compliance Inspection was initiated. The inspection period was December 29, 2014 - April 25, 2016. A closing conference was held on May 10, 2016, at the licensed premises at which time an ATF Form 5030.5, Report of Violations, was issued. IOI also reviewed the Acknowledgement of Regulations with Mr. Lease. Due to limited transactions, low business activity and that Mr. Lease plans to retire in the next few years, IOI redacted recommends Warning Letter and no Recall Inspection .
Concur with warning letter and no recall , this was the licensee's first inspection and is a low volume dealer. Future compliance assured. Report forwarded to DIO for review 5/17/16 Warning letter sent 5/25/16.
