A full field compliance inspection was conducted on March 1, 2016 by IO Investigator redacted at the licensed premise of DLD Weapons and Maintenance. Individual Owner David Lock was interviewed during the course of the inspection. The inspection covered the period of February 1, 2011, which is the date that Federal firearms license 3-37-02796 was originally issued, through March 1, 2016. One violation was disclosed. In lieu of a Warning Conference, a Warning Letter and Recall Inspection are recommended.
Concur with recommendation of Waning Letter in lieu of Warning Conference. In addition, the A/S is recommending no recall inspection . This was the first compliance inspection of this FFL since receiving the license in 2011. Licensee has not had any traces, no suspicious purchasers were disclosed and no additional violations were disclosed. Licensee has corrected the violation and ensured future compliance. With DIO concurrence Warning Letter signed by A/S redacted and mailed on 3/17/16.
DIO concurs with Warning Letter recommendation. This is the first compliance isnpection for this licensee.
