Per the Administrative Action Chart a recommendation of Viols WL ONLY and No Recall Inspection is being made. Note: The licensee is in negotiations to sell the business premises which accounts for the lack of acquisitions and dispositions. The last acquisition occurred on 12/24/2013 and the last disposition occurred on 3/7/2014. Once the negotiations are completed the licensee intends to go out of business and transfer the remaining inventory to the new owner. The new owner is in the process of acquiring his own FFL .

Reviewed the inspection report and the redacted violation. I concur with the IOI in the recommendation of VIOLS WL Only and No Recall. The FFL had only redacted firearm missing and unaccounted for during the inspection. Additionally the FFL is in negotions to sell the business. No further action required. The WL was mailed to the FFL on 2/3/16.
