Key 9-33-04923 Lead lOI: redacted Summary: On 5 January 2016 Investigators redacted began a full scope FFL compliance inspection of the Type-07 licensee. On 24 February 2016 a closing conference was conducted and a Report of Violations ( ROV ) was issued for 10 violations of the GCA uncovered during the inspection. Area Supervisor does not agree with the recommendation of a ROV, WC , WL and Recall Inspection .
