SWB Type-01 Recall Firearms Compliance Inspection, RDS Key 9-33-00060 Lead IOI : redacted Summary: On zJune 2017, Investigator redacted began an on-site Type-01 SWB Recall Firearms Compliance Inspection. On 23 June 2017, Investigator redacted completed his inspection and conducted a closing conference with R/P-Moore. During the closing conference a Report of Violations ( ROV ) was issued to Mr. Moore for repeat violations of the GCA . The number of violations uncovered had been reduced from the previous inspection.
