On 23 June 2017, Investigator redacted completed his inspection and conducted a closing conference with R/P-Moore. During the closing conference a Report of Violations ( ROV ) was issued to Mr. Moore for repeat violations of the GCA . The number of violations uncovered had been reduced from the previous inspection.
