The licensee utilized an obsolete ATF Form 4473 (Revised August 2008) for redacted transfers completed during the inspection period (12/21/15 -12/21/16). Mr. Malpass continued to use a PDF version of the ATF Form 4473 that was saved to his computer (Revised August 2008). Mr. Malpass apologized and said it was his own fault because he does not recall ATF providing guidance to utilize a new ATF Form 4473. Mr. Malpass ha redacted TF Forms 4473 in error out of 42 examined. There were no inventory discrepancies. Mr. Malpass slated that he will discontinue operating as an FFL in the next 5 months, or sooner, depending upon the liquidation of his firearms Inventory. He is currently working towards going OOB .
