CONDUCT FIREARMS DISPOSITION EMPHASIS INSPECTION FOR THIS TYPE 01 LICENSEE. REFER TO IO MANUAL, CHAPTER C, AND THE ANNUAL CLEVELAND GROUP III DOMAIN ASSESSMENT. THIS INSPECTION MUST BE COMPLETED DURING FY16 AS REQUIRED BY THE DOMAIN ASSESSMENT.
On April 19, 2016, A/S redacted concurred with the recommendation of a Warning Letter ( WL ) and No Recall after this assignment was submitted. The licensee was cited for five violations of the GCA and Violation #4 merited the administrative action of a WL. A large bu k of the ATF Forms 4473 violations resulted in the lack of education by the licensee to complete Items 31-36 on every form. The licensee was very receptive to Investigator redacted' education and ensured him that these violations will not happen in the future. Future compliance with the GCA is anticipated and a WL and No Recall appropriately addresses the violations cited.

If an inspection uncovers regulatory violations, the licensee receives a report outlining these violations. This section lists the violations found in the inspection, as well as a general description of each offense. More details on the nature of the licensee's specific violations may be found in the report PDF.
