Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI ) redacted from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) initiated an unannounced full compliance inspection of the Federal Firearms Licensee, Master Pawn LLC dba Master Pawn, on September 27, 2016. IOl redacted assisted with the inspection. Brian Meadows, Owner/ RP , was interviewed at the licensee’s business premises. The inspection period was from September 29, 2015 through September 29, 2016. Violations with Warning Letter. The warning letter is recommended due to the licensee failing to report redacted multiple handgun sales. IOI redacted held a closing conference with Brian Meadows, Owner, on October 13, 2016. The ATF Form 5030.5, Report of Violations, and the Acknowledgement of Federal Firearms Regulations were reviewed, signed, and attached. IOI redacted provided applicable reference materials as well as his contact information.
