Conduct Recall Investigation after 2/2/17 and prior to target submission date.
Type 01 Recall Investigation culminated in 1 repeat violation of 27 CFR 478.125(e); the redacted firearm not logged out was reconciled and no guns were missing as a result. During the previous 12 months the FFL acquired redacted disposed of approximately redacted firearms. 48 Forms 4473 were examined and no discrepancies were cited. Although the violation was a repeat violation, and the FFL had previously been to a Warning Conference, a recommendation of Warning Letter Is being made, both by the SIOI and the A/S for the following reasons: there was only redacted instance of the violation, this is indicative of substantial improvement since the last inspection, and no firearms remained missing as a result of the violation. The Warning Letter, and no recall, recommendation is made in accordance with ATF O 5370.1C (6.d.(1)). Warning Letter being sent CM-RRR on 7/20/17. Show inspection date as 7/17/17.
