The licensee was cited for redacted instance for failing to accurately maintain the A&D record (16%) - WL at Section 6 c (2f That firearm was reported as lost - WL at Section 6.c.(8). The licensee was also cited for failing to file a Report of Multiple Handgun Sale form in redacted) instance involving redacted firearms - WL at Section 6.c.(7). Warning Letter sent 6/29/2016.
