On November 29, 2016. Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI )redacted conducted a Type-1: Dealer in Firearms SW DE compliance inspection with Sole Proprietor and only Responsible Person Troy E. Michalik d.b.a. Crosshairs Texas. The inspection took place at the business premises located at 505 Jefferson Street, Texas 78602. Troy Michalik stated that he has filed Crosshairs Texas, LLC with the Secretary of State of Texas and will be applying for a new license. The period of inspection covered November 29, 2015 to November 29, 2016. Store Manager, redacted was also present during the inspection. Inventory and records were reviewed November 29-30, 2016, and December 1,2016. An amended application inspection was also conducted at the same time. Refer to Ui: 782065-2017-0096-BIB. Troy Michalik is in compliance with state and local laws as well as zoning requirements. On December 20, 2016, IOI redacted met with Sole Proprietor and only Responsible Person, Troy E. Michalik, to review an amended Report of Violations. The Report of Violations was reviewed with and signed by Troy Michalik and IOI provided Troy Michalik with a copy of the amended Report of Violations for his records.
