"Please conduct a DE inspection on this 01 FFL . The 01 license was issued on 04/23/1980. Please conduct a DE inspection to determine if FFL is compliant with ATF law and regulations.
This inspection disclosed that the FFL redacted late dispositions during the inspection period, which resulted in a 10.4% error rate of a failure to timely record firearm disposition entries. This error rate would warrant a Warning Conference. However, IOI redacted with A/S concurrence, recommends “Violations, WL Only with Recall Inspection ”. This recommendation is based on the following: (1) this is the first compliance inspection since the inspection held on 3/28/11; (2) no theft/losses since 5/11/03; (3) FFL was very cooperative and made all the requested corrections by IOI redacted and (4) FFL owner, Mr. Morrison redacted that he is going to add redacted as a RP on the FFL to help keep up the records. Recommend FLS make the following changes: (1) Change business premises street address to: 139 W. Craig Street (2) Change Mr. Morrison’s home address to: redacted (3) Change home phone number to: redacted (4) Change Mr. Morrison’s birth state to redacted On 9/29/16, a query in N-Force and Openfox was conducted on Responsible Person Walter E.
