On January 27, 2016, Industry Operations Investigator’s (lOI)redacted and redacted conducted an un-announced Full Scope Compliance Inspection, at the licensed business premises of North County Pawn, Inc dba Temecula Pawn & Coin. lOI redacted recommends a WC with WL and Recall based upon the fact that multiple, repeat violations for which the licensee has attended a Warning Conference for in the past, were cited during the inspection. The following are repeat violations: 27 CFR 478.21(a), 27 CFR 478.124(c) (1), and 27 CFR 478.125(e). No trafficking issues relating to acquisition and disposition of firearms were discovered and no firearms with obliterated serial numbers and/or illegal firearms were found during this inspection.
Recommend alternate to Warning Conference. WL sent 4/21/16
