On April 13, 2016, Investigator redacted completed a Compliance Inspection at the licensed business premise of Operation Support Service, LLC. Mr. Edward Griffin, Member/Manager was interviewed in regards to the company's Type 07, Manufacture of Firearms other than Destructive devices License. ATF O 5370.1 B prescribes a warning conference based on the disposition entries for 10 percent or more of the licensee's total dispositions. An alternate recommendation of Warning Letter is recommended as this is the licensee’s first compliance inspection.
As acting DIO , I concur with the alternate recommendation of a warning letter in lieu of warning conference The licensee was cited for two violations for low instances of A&D record discrepancies. This is the first inspection for the licensee.
