On October 26, 2016, A/S redacted viewed this assignment and concurred with the alternate recommendation of a Warning Letter ( WL ) and No Recall in lieu of a Warning Conference ( WC ). A PII was sent to Acting DIO redacted for review and final recommendation.
Agree with Alternate Recommendation of Warning Letter and No Recall in lieu of Warning Conference. There were no missing firearms and all A&D errors were able to be corrected immediately during the inspection. Licensee is a small dealer and indicated redacted
