Concur and recommend an alternate recommendation of Warning Letter with no recall in lieu of warning conference as required by the Federal Firearms Administrative Action Policy and Procedures, ATF O 5370.1 A. As this was the first compliance inspection, an alternate recommendation is reasonable and appropriate. FFL was cooperative and took corrective action by completing an ATF Form 4473 for all firearms loaned to security personnel by another corporation owned by this FFL. None of the firearms in inventory or loaned to the security personnel have been reported missing, stolen or recovered.
Acting DIO concurs with alternate recommendation of Warning Letter with No Recall in lieu of warning conference. This is this FFL 's first compliance inspection and there are no missing firearms. The FFL has been educated and took the appropriate corrective action in this inspection.
