The FFL has had two previous Warning Conferences this investigation was due to this investigation being a recall investigation. This licensee was inspected in August 2010 resulting in a warning conference. In January 2013, the licensee was again inspected and the result was a DIO -led warning conference. In February 2015, this licensee was again inspected and a total of eleven violations were cited. Of the eleven violations, seven were repeat violations from previous inspections. Because this licensee has shown a willful disregard for Federal firearms law and regulations, I recommend that the license held by Murfreesboro Pawn and Gun be revoked.
