On December 9, 2015, Senior Investigator redacted initiated a firearms compliance inspection of Pawn N Go Inc., d/b/a P-N-G Guns. Mr. Charles Maschke, President and Responsible Person , was present and assisted during the inspection. The inspection concluded on December 10, 2015. A Report of Violations was issued for violation of 27 CFR 478.125(e). redacted firearm could not be accounted for after conducting a 100 percent gun inventory. Ultimately, a Theft/Loss Report was submitted the National Tracing Center for the redacted missing firearm. An Acknowledgement of Regulations was reviewed with the licensee at the conclusion of the closing conference. See attached report, exhibits, and worksheets for full details of this inspection. S/I redacted recommends "Violations, WL only, and no recall inspection ." A WARNING LETTER was mailed to the licensee via certified mail on December 21, 2015.
