Perform a DE inspection. Determine compliance with Federal firearms laws and regulations. Verify compliance with applicable State, County and local laws, including compliance with zoning and license requirements. Verify identity of persons interviewed, country of birth on all RPs and review FLS report with licensee for completeness and accuracy. Complete 100% inventory of firearms. Obtain GPS coordinates for the licensed premises. For Importers, verify any approved Form 6โs with the A & D records.
DE Inspection started on 9/9/15 concluded on 10/5/15. Mark Shamandura store manager and R/P was interviewed. Licensee operates two pawn shops in Palm Beach County and one in Broward. FFL 's first inspection at these premises.
I recommend an alternate of a warning letter in lieu of warning conference. A violation of 27 CFR 478.126a rises to the level of warning conference for excessive multiple sales of handguns without reporting to ATF. However, this was the first inspection for the licensee and there is no other documented history of this violation under other licenses. This alternate recommendation is being forwarded to the DIO for review.

If an inspection uncovers regulatory violations, the licensee receives a report outlining these violations. This section lists the violations found in the inspection, as well as a general description of each offense. More details on the nature of the licensee's specific violations may be found in the report PDF.
