Full SWB compiance Inspection
A full SWB compliance inspection was conducted on this large volume dealer on 7/18/2016. The Licensee was cited for two violations which could warrant a Warning Conference. Licensee failed to file| multiple sales but did file 35 correctly. In addition there wasBH instance of failing to complete a 4473 or call NICS on a firearm going to a trust. Licensee was explained the transfer process to a trust wnicn it is believed he was unaware of the process. In addition due to the large volume of transaction, type of business structure and relatively few violations it is beleived compliance can be achieved with a WL .
