The licensee accepted and/or failed to accurately complete the Firearms Transaction Records (ATF Forms 4473 ). •27 CFR 478.124(c)(1) Firearms Transaction Record The licensee accepted the Firearms Transaction Records (ATF Forms 4473) with blank or incomplete responses by the transferee. •27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(i) Firearms Transaction Record The licensee failed to accurately record the transferee's identification on the Firearms Transaction Records (ATF Forms 4473). •27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(iv) Firearms Transaction Record The licensee failed to record complete and accurate NICS information (ATF Forms 4473). •27 CFR 478.124(c)(4) Firearms Transaction Record The licensee failed to properly record the required firearm information on the Firearms Transaction Records (ATF Forms 4473). •27 CFR 478.124(c)(5) Firearms Transaction Record The licensee failed to record both the transferor’s/seller’s signature and the date the firearm was transferred on the Firearms Transaction Records (ATF Forms 4473). •27 CFR 478.123(a) Records Maintained by Manufactures The licensee failed to timely or correctly record the Acquisition of a Firearm in the A&D record. An inspection was conducted to determine if the licensee is operating in compliance with Federal Firearms Laws and regulations. The inspection disclosed 7 violations to include failing to maintain an accurate A & D Record and failing to maintain properly completed ATF F 4473 . A Report of Violations, ATF F 4473, was issued to the licensee. The licensee's results percentages were high due to the low volume business. The licensee has not had a compliance inspection and was advised of the proper completion of all records and reports. It is recommended that a Warning Letter be issued with no further action. The licensee will be reinspected within 5 years.
