SECONDARY MARKET TRACE PROJECT - Per guidance previously issued, obtain a list of all used firearms the licensee has transferred in the past 12 months. This list only needs to contain the firearm description information and the date transferred. Each firearm will then be queried through e-trace. If, the firearm “hits” on a trace this information will be relayed to the NTC through the completion of the Traces Perfected Worksheet. Additionally, the Secondary Market Information Worksheet will be completed for any firearm which “hits” on a trace. Both worksheets will be referenced in your narrative and attached as exhibits. Lastly, a referral will be submitted.
