Top 100 DE Inspection (Frontline). High # of Traces & Time to Crime
Violations, WL Only and No Recall Inspection . This recommendation is based on the ATF Federal Firearms Administrative Action Policy and Procedures. Violation #3 (27 CFR 478.124(c)(3)(i)), failure to record any ID; and Violation #6 (27 CFR 478.126(a)), failure to timely report multiple sales or other disposition of pistols and revolvers warrants a Warning Letter. Because the FFL received a Warning Letter in 2008 for failure to report a multiple sale, the AA policy dictates a recommendation of Warning Conference. However, based on the fact that a small number of 4473 errors were discovered during this inspection; the FFL timely reported redacted multiple sales during the inspection period and missed only redacted; and the last administrative action occurred eight years ago, IOI redacted is proposing an alternate recommendation of Warning Letter only.
