Prado Olympic Shooting Park SWB Type-01 Full Scope Compliance Inspection, RDS Key 9-33-00255 Lead IOI : redacted Summary SWB Type-01 compliance inspection began on 10/26/2016. On 11/14/2016 the inspection was concluded with (5) violations cited as a result of the inspection. A/S disagrees with recommendation of ROV , WC with WL and Recall inspection . Due to the inspection history, and the willingness of the licensee to become compliant combined with corrective actions taken and the below Alternate recommendation written by the IOI, The past two (2) compliance inspections disclosed no discrepancies and the discrepancies noted here within are, according to the licensee, a result of hiring a new manager and his failure to properly educate her and other new employees. Copies of all State DROS documents and copies of Identification were present and attached to each ATF F 4473 in violation. The licensee has taken proper corrective action for all violations disclosed/cited and was very contrite and appalled at his own failures and lack of proper oversight. The licensee has, as a result, instituted educational components and proper oversight to his employees. A Warning Letter with Recall may be sufficient Adverse Action based on these facts and should be considered.
