IOIs redacted met with Mr. Anthony Mariani, President, on January 30, 2017 to conduct a recall compliance inspection regarding Primary Weapons Systems, Inc’s. (PWS) Type (07) Firearms license. Based upon a review of the A/D record and the onsite interview, the inspection revealed that the licensee utilizes its own website, PrimaryWeapons.com, for the sale/transfer of firearms and also conducts wholesale operations with a network of over 180 authorized firearms dealers throughout the country. An inspection was conducted to determine if the licensee is operating in compliance with Federal Firearms Laws and regulations. The inspection disclosed 2 violations.
