Report of Violations, Form 5030.5, issued 5/13/16, for violations of 27 CFR §§ 478.21(a), 478.99(c), 478.124(c)(1), and 478.125(e). It is recommended that a Warning Letter be forwarded to this licensee for these violations. It is further recommended that the renewal application be approved and license renewed with the amended address of: 177 S. Centre Street, Unit F, Merchantville, NJ 08109. The renewal application was amended as follows; (1) ltem A-The Unit No. on the premise was changed from M to F; (2) ltem B - Flours of Operation should be changed from Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. to Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.; (3) ltem C8 - Internet Sales - corrected from “NO” to “YES” and the websites of gunbroker.com and raycoarmory.com were added; and, (4) Raymond Veitenheimer’s title was corrected from Owner to Managing Member. The following additional changes are recommended to the FLS: (1)On the Responsible Person Tab - Raymond Veitenheimer’s title should be changed from Owner to Managing Member. His home address should be changed from redacted
