Conduct an onsite Manufacturing Inspection to determine if the licensee is operating in compliance with applicable Federal Firearms laws and regulations. Advise the licensee of all pertinent laws and regulations.
Due to the failure to record valid and complete transferee information on greater than 10% of the Firearms Transaction Records (ATF Forms 4473 ), the inspection results rise to the level of a Warning Conference. The alternate recommendation for a Report of Violation and warning letter is based upon the fact that the licensee executed redacted Transaction Records during the time period of inspection, of which, redacted failed to indicate the 'type' of document utilized as identification. No firearms have been reported as lost or stolen by the licensee and no inventory discrepancies were found during the inspection. Please forward exhibit 7 (amended application) to FFLC which adds a mailing address of 5794 E. Lincoln Road Idaho Falls, Idaho, Bonneville County 83401 See attached report.
