Thorne Insp Date: 12/7/2016 This FFL has had two Warning Conferences (9/2010 and 10/2012) in addition a Warning Letter resulting from an investigation on 7/2014. Due to the compliance history and the blatant facts surrounding the straw purchases I concur with the recommendation of revocation.
This FFL attended two Warning Conferences, one in 2010 and one in 2012. In addition, the licensee was sent a Warning Letter as a result of a 2014 investigation. During this current investigation, the licensee was cited for two violations, to include the licensee transferring a firearm to a redacted. The DIO concurs with the recommendation of Revocation.
