IOI redacted recommended Viols WL ONLY and NO Recall Inspection . The licensee was advised of the marking requirements for manufacturers of firearms during the closing conference and ROV review. The licensee was provided with contacts of various ATF offices and branches that would be able to answer technical and regulatory questions. The licensee instituted a new policy to immediately log firearms out of the record when disposed. The licensee also plans to conduct regular inventories in the future.
I concur with redacted recommendation for Warning Letter. Licensee failed to properly mark firearms or follow procudeures set forth in Ruling 2009-5 and redacted which could not be accounted for
