DE COMPLIANCE INSPECTION - Type 01. Determine if licensee deals at gun shows, over the Internet or in NFA weapons. Obtain GPS coordinates and emergency contact information. Query NForce for any criminal enforcement (CE) investigations involving the responsible person or FFL . Notify RAC prior to conducting inspection. ** Information was received from FDLE Firearms Purchase Program contact redacted at the FFL informed them that she does not conduct background checks on persons holding Florida concealed carry permits. Dealer is working with FDLE to establish an FFL account for conducting background checks. Previous inspection was conducted in July 2009; at that time the licensee had not had any business activity since 2006. Business is conducted from a residence and hours are "By Appointment Only." **
On February 23rd, 2017 IOI Cedeno conducted a compliance inspection. This dealer was inactive in FDLE system. FDLE re-activated this FFL in order to conduct background checks.
Licensee was cited with two violations as a result of the inspection Concur with IOI redacted Warning Letter (no Recall Inspection ) recommendation. FFLC notified of change to FFL 's business hours. No further field action required.
