On September 9. 2016. Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI )redacted initiated an on-site. Full Scope Compliance inspection with emphasis on the Southwest Border Initiative ( SWBI ) at the licensed business premises of Mr. John Christian Schulz. As a result of this inspection the licensee was unable to reconcile redacted firearms; therefore, the following firearms were reported as missing to the National Tracing Center; redacted IOI redacted forwarded via email, the ATF Form 3310.11 to the ATF Stolen Firearms Program, on September 12, 2016.
