An inspection of South Texas Tripods & Feeders, Inc. warrants a recommendation of warning letter; however, because the licensee was cited for the same violation during its 2015 inspection, which warranted a warning conference, a warning conference is warranted for the repeat violation. Mr. Cashdollar has been reminded of his responsibility to conduct a NICS or obtain a valid alternative permit. During this inspection, there were no missing firearms, no untimely or unrecorded acquisitions or dispositions, no unsuccessful traces within the last twelve months and no transfers to prohibit persons, I recommend a warning letter in lieu of a warning conference. Please ensure a recall inspection is conducted to ensure future compliance.
