CONDUCT FULL RECALL INSPECTION .
DIO review resulted in recommendation of Viols WL Only and Recall
A recall inspection was conducted July 7, 2016 through July 13, 2016. The licensee was cited for three violations, two of which were repeat violations from the previous inspection. Of the three violations cited, only one merits a Warning Conference. Specifically, the licensee was cited for 27 CFR 478.126a - Failure to complete and submit redacted multiple sale . Although this is a repeat violation, I believe a Warning Letter will adequately educate the licensee on their responsibilities to be in compliance with the Gun Control Act . Therefore, I am making an alternate recommendation of Warning Letter and Recall.
Violations
If an inspection uncovers regulatory violations, the licensee receives a report outlining these violations. This section lists the violations found in the inspection, as well as a general description of each offense. More details on the nature of the licensee's specific violations may be found in the report PDF.
