DIO concurrence rcvd: A WL ILO WC , no recall inspection , is recommended ( ROV issued). - A compliance inspection was initiated on 9/22/15 and completed on 9/30/15 at the licensed premises in Prattville, AL. The inspection disclosed redacted violations (all related to redacted): 27 CFR 478.123(a) - redacted instances (failed to enter redacted): 27 CFR 478.123(b) - redacted instances redacted when disposed of from dealers book & then failed to complete the final disposition to customer after redacted); 27 CFR 478.102(a) - redacted instance failed to mark properly; and 27 CFR 479.103 - redacted He also stated he did not know he was responsible for marking a firearm that he manufactured on behalf of another licensed manufacturer. No referral redacted A/S redacted concurs with the alternate recommendation (WL ILO WC,no recall) The IOI is confident that the FFL will not repeat the violations and now fulling understands the requirements.
