Warning conference Revocation warrantedThis gun manufacturer was cited for 14 violations. The inspection resulted in a warning conference.
A warning conference is held when a licensee has significant or repeat violations. During the conference, an area supervisor offers the licensee specific guidance on how to achieve compliance.
The licensee was found eligible for revocation. The majority of licensees whose violations merit revocation under ATF guidelines ultimately receive a lesser penalty from an ATF director of industry operations.

Determine if Special Attention Flags may be removed. Onsite of previous inspection: 04/21/15. Query NForce for any criminal enforcement (CE) investigations involving the applicant or FFL .
I concur with IOI redacted recommendation of Revocation. Based on the Federal Firearms Administrative Action Policy and Procedures, the violations cited in this current inspection warrants revocations based on that the licensee was cited for failure to properly mark manufactured firearms and is a repeat and that the licensee has previously been a subject of a warning conference within the last 5 years and current inspection warrants a waring conference for similar violations. This assignment was sent to DIO redacted for his review and concurrence.
DACC identified significant litigation hazards. Forward traces conducted by the Field Office did not result in additional actionable evidence. As such, a DIO WC is sought for this inspection.
