Please have applicant list the number of firearms sold/disposed under Item Cb. And finally, please have the applicant initial and date any changes/corrections made to the application.

Licensee completed and submitted ATF 3310.11, FFL Firearms Inventory Theft/Loss Report, for the missing firearms.
