A full field compliance inspection was conducted on January 25, 2016 by 10 Investigator redacted at the licensed premise of TNL Guns. Individual Owner Thomas Fuller was interviewed during the course of the inspection. The inspection covered the period of December 28, 2010, which is the original issue date of Federal firearms license 3-37-02753, through January 25, 2016. Two violations were disclosed as a result of the inspection. A Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection are recommended.
Concur with recommendation of Warning Letter. Warning Letter signed by A/S redacted and mailed on 2/4/16. Original Warning Letter was not signed for and returned to the Springfield Area Office on 3/7/16. IOI conctacted the FFL who stated he did not realize he had received the letter. IOI redacted hand delivered the letter when he was in the area.
