Licensee failed to account for redacted firearm, which was reported missing prior to the close of the inspection. A Warning Letter (no recall ) is recommended, in accordance with Administrative Action Policy. Following the review of the inspection report and details of the inspection, I concur with the recommendation of the IOI for a Violations, Warning Letter and No Recall. The FFL did not have any previous violations and the noted violations on the current inspection were not Repeat Violations. The IOI properly educated the FFL on the violations and corrective actions needed to ensure the violations are not repeated
