CONDUCT FULL INSPECTION
DIO concurs with Area Supervisor's alternate recommendation of a Warning Letter and No Recall Inspection , in lieu of a Warning Conference and Recall Inspection Per the Firearms AA Policy, a warning conference is recommended for a licensee failing to mark firearms properly. The licensee marked redacted firearm improperly The licensee does not make over the counter sales due to zoning restrictions. Their A&D records are accurate and no trace requests were received during the inspection period. In addition, the lead IOI thoroughly educated the FFL on all marking requirements, to redacted thus ensuring that the licensee will comply with both GCA redacteding requiriments in the future.
