WL , ROV and recall : A compliance inspection was initiated by Lead IOI redacted on 11/30/15, and completed on 12/2/15 in Phenix City, AL. The inspection disclosed 3 violations: 27 CFR 478.39a - redacted instance failed to notify ATF of a theft (notified local PD only); 27 CFR 478.99(c)) -1 instance (subject not found to be prohibited although he answered “Yes” to 11 i); and 27 CFR 478.124(c)(1) -| instance (subject not found to be prohibited - 11 e was left blank/unanswered). No missing forms or firearms were disclosed. A ROV was issued (and a corrected ROV was issued after discovering that redacted of the forms originally covered under 27 CFR 478.124(c)(1) should be cited under violation was 27 CFR 478.99(c) since the purchaser provided an Yes answer.
