On April 25, 2016, Industry Operations Investigator ( IOI ) redacted conducted an unannounced Recall Compliance Inspection of V&J Pawn Shop, Inc. (V&J), holding Federal Firearms License ( FFL ) 4-61-37451. Owner and Responsible Person (RP) Jenine Howard was identified and the on-site Compliance Inspection was initiated. The inspection covered the time period of November 07, 2014 through April 25, 2016. The inspection was initiated and completed on April 25, 2016. A closing conference was held on May 09, 2016, at which time ATF Form 5030.5, Report of Violations ( ROV ), was issued. A Warning Letter is recommended due to the violation of 27 CFR 478.125(e) resulting in redacted firearm being reported as a lost or stolen firearm. This violation is a repeat violation. No recall inspection recommended. No referrals were made as a result of this inspection.
